Though the premise shines on paper, it disappoints in execution. While visually stunning, the storyline lacks depth, testing viewers’ patience. Disregarding its Pixar origins, it offers little replay value. Consequently, Cars 2 stands as Pixar’s weakest entry to date.

26. Lightyear (2022)

Lightyear stands out as a visually stunning Pixar film, though it falls short of delivering a perfect experience. As a devoted fan of the Toy Story franchise, I anticipated this release eagerly, only to find it didn’t quite meet Pixar’s usual standards—a sentiment echoed by many fellow enthusiasts.

The narrative traces the beginnings of Buzz Lightyear, the stranded Space Ranger, as he combats Zurg and his robotic army. While adults may grasp the plot intricacies, younger viewers may find themselves confused. Chris Evans delivers a commendable performance as Lightyear, yet fails to capture the essence established by Tim Allen. Consequently, Lightyear emerges as just slightly above average within Pixar’s repertoire.

25. Cars 3 (2017)

The Cars 3 movie marks the franchise’s final installment, introducing the oldie vs. newbie concept as Lightning McQueen contends with new-generation cars to reaffirm his status as the ultimate race car. While Cars 2 faced criticism, Cars 3 manages to partially rejuvenate the series, although it falls short of perfection.

24. The Good Dinosaur (2015)

Pixar Studios’ standards are exceptionally high, so not every film they release can surpass their previous ones. Such is the case with The Good Dinosaur, which, while good, doesn’t quite reach the filmmaker’s usual quality. Here, Finding Dory is incredibly amusing and delightful to watch, and we’re thrilled to see our favorite characters from this universe. Don’t mind the bad reviews; trust us and go for the upgraded visual feast under the seas.

14. Incredibles 2 (2018)

The Incredibles (2004) is undoubtedly one of the most extraordinary superhero movies in animation. Fans eagerly awaited its sequel, which arrived in 2018. Incredibles 2 is a deserving sequel that instantly joined the Best Pixar Movies Club.

This movie extends the plot to the Supes family, undertaking a thrilling new mission, and importantly, we have a new baby Supe to watch! You can already tell how incredible it is going to be! So watch this sequel ASAP! If you love this series, get ready for an action-comedy-packed ride.

We are all aware of how the year 2020 is turning out to be a depressing period with the awful Corona situation and lockdowns worldwide. During this time, Pixar came up with a stunning and ‘soul’ful film to cure our boredom. The creators poured their souls into crafting this stellar movie filled with emotions, soothing songs, and eye-pleasing visuals.

Sometimes we question our lives, and that’s when watching this movie becomes pertinent. Why? Because it helps us appreciate and cherish our lives even more!

The movie revolves around a New York jazz pianist who finds himself trapped in a peculiar realm between his world and the afterlife after landing his greatest gig.

12. Toy Story 4 (2019)

Never did I imagine we’d see another sequel after Toy Story 3. The third installment offered a memorable conclusion to this beloved franchise. Yet, Pixar managed to recapture the magic with Toy Story 4. Initially, I feared it might merely serve as fan service.

But, oh boy! Pixar surprised me once again with a new story featuring a toy named ‘Forky’ joining the OG gang, as they explore a world full of surprises. If you’re a die-hard Toy Story fan like me, you must see this movie before Toy Story 5 hits theaters.

When the first Toy Story movie debuted in 1995, it captivated audiences so much that a sequel was inevitable. Toy Story 2 fulfilled that expectation in 1999, reigniting fans’ love for the franchise.
